You can continue to let them take advantage of you or you can cut off the line. Your choice. This is the most common problem on all of the judge shows like Judge Mathis, Judge Judy, The People's Court, Judge Alex, etc. You sign for someone else which proved not to be a good thing for you, hopefully you have learned your lesson. Cut it off, don't depend on someone else to pay the bill. Never co-sign on a bill for anyone but you spouse & then think twice before you do.

oops - u owe the money. depending on 'your' plan u better close out their phone. in USA u can get pay as u go phones for 1000s$ less yearly. u can't legally force them to pay unless u hve written contracts.

You cancel the plan, pay the early termination fee, and get a new plan.

Hint: If the new guy can't afford a phone, he can't afford the plan either. Follow StephenW's advice.

cancel or temporarily block his phone from your plan. When he comes to see you, take his phone. Do a backup of his contacts and messages, then do a factory reset on the phone and give it to the new user.
