If they come with out a cover depot them and put them in a different pallet, or return them because they came incomplete.

You did not mention what size they are, but dollar stores and stores like Target often have small plastic boxes (sometimes designed for crafts) that could store a palette. Good luck!

If you have the receipt, return it and get a new one. If you have no desire to use this eyeshadow palette, regift it for someone who you think might like it
