I like to lose about half a pound to a pound of fat mainly around my mid section, I know it is not much but it is slightly flabby if you do the pinch test. I like to gain about 5 pounds of lean muscle, nothing too big a change really. I like to try biking once a week for a couple hours for 2 to 3 months this year. I wanted to do the same thing last year but only been on the bike twice, only once for a couple hours. A couple of years ago, there was a bus strike and I got around by commuting on my bike but this transportation mode was overly strenuous and I did not go very far so I definitely want to improve my fitness for that. I only got modest expectations for this year as I already drop about 20 pounds of fat last year and is at a fairly low fat ratio already and somewhat toned now.
