Distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs, spark plug wires if needed. Prices vary. Shop around for a good mechanic and compare prices.

Without knowing what sort of vehicle you have we can't be of much help. In the past I have had cars that needed cap rotor, plugs, wires, points, timing, PCV cleaning, fuel filter, and I don't even recall what else. Today we have two Prius that never need anything except scheduled services. Like most modern cars they have no distributor or spark wires, and the plugs are changed every 100K miles on schedule. Fuel filter is integral with the fuel tank. Transmission fluid level is checked, never changed. Be very cautious about transmission services. Quite a few now work best if never disturbed (Toyota auto transmissions come to mind) and most can be seriously damaged by transmission flushes. If you follow the maintenance schedule with any modern car you won't go wrong. No Seafoam or injector cleaner... if you use top tier gasoline you don't need snake oil.
