you should eat a big breakfast, and drink green tea before and after breakfast. That's what I do and it keeps me full. Try to limit carbs. You can still have pasta/rice, but instead of having 2 big bowls, have a small bowl instead. It's these small changes that will lead to gradual weight loss that's permanent. Good luck :) Btw I am your height and 120 pounds! I am trying to figure out how to lose 10 pounds haha
