Keeping in good health, you can lose about 1.5 pounds per week. Forgetting about what is healthy, you can lose about 3 to 5 pounds per week. Anything more than that requires a doctor, a knife, and a vacuum. Did you want to lose more than 6 pounds?

just exercise 6 times a week, eat healthy and AT LEAST 3 times a day, but should be more! make sure you drink lots and lots of water. there is really no fast and safe way to lose weight. its a slow process, but will pay off in the end!
