Stick to a clean diet. YouTube "Plyometric exercises" mix that up with a light cardio 3-4 times a week for 45 minute sessions and you'll see how easy it is. Plus you're young :). It's not as complicated and strict as all these people make it out to be. You just have to stick to it, that's it.

For weight loss, dieting is more effective than exercise. Reducing your intake of junk sugar will help.
