Those odds are each individual card. Kinda like flipping a coin is 50/50 but that doesn't mean you will always get heads tails. You could get two tails or three before landing on heads.

Those are the odds in the long run. 6 is way too small of a sample size to use as a sample size to see if it matches near the odds of the game. If you won every 4 or 5 tickets, someone would just wait until the 4th or 5th ticket is available and always win. That will never be the case.

No the odds are not lying you can win back to back to back on tickets If you buy 100 tickets you can expect about 40 -50 to be winners the odds will be the same for each ticket you can lose 6 in a row and then have 6 winners and then 6 losers again

6 tickets is not a large enough sample size to get an accurate odds ratio. You would need to buy a lot more tickets to get a close or true winner:loser ratio.
