I would suggest a modest sundress, with the hemline just below the knees. They're cool, and comfortable, and more appropriate for the occasion.

I would dress up a bit and wear something smart as my brother wore a suit and tie and he got the job even though he and all his friends had an interview. Hope this helped and good luck x

Oh My. You Need Something Really Fancy And Expensive. Such As A Wedding Dress Or A Ball Gown. Haha Just Kidding. Its McDonalds Wear Something Casual Like A Skirt & A T-Shirt Or Some Short-Shorts. Considering Its Mickey D's I Don't Really Think There Going To Care Too Much About How Your Dressed For An Interview. As Long As Your Not In Your Pajamas, Your Fine.

You could wear a skater skirt or maxi dress? They are loose fitting and allow a breeze, and provided the skirt is of a modest length then that would be fine.

you should always dress business casual to interviews. don't be too lax or too dressy. find a happy medium. a simple blouse and slacks with a decent pair of shoes should suffice.
