All corporations and companies do that they don't want them to see the truth it's criminal I know it's very wrong

Because it is all a con. Only when surprise visits are undertaken (and not only in the NHS / care sector) will the truth be visible.

Because like most hospitals in the UK, the one you work at is a very dodgy one that provides sub standard service. Because they were given advance notice of an inspection, they instantly put the managers on the front line as they knew they would fail the inspection otherwise. The is the new Britain we live in now, somewhat fake and only going through the motions to avoid getting bad publicity and getting shut down.
