It's a little late to worry about that now. You should have thought about it sooner. I mean this is not the first snow storm in Wisconsin. You should talk to your neighbors about what you need in your area.

here's a list of what to do: 1) Stay CALM 2) Get all the food you need ready/bought, in case you get snowed in 3) Fill a large bucket up with water, in case your pipes freeze (boil it if it gets dirty/old) 4) Charge all of the mobile phones and keep them off for an emergency, your electricity could go out 5) Try not to use candles, use torches and keep a lot of spare batteries 6) Put on extra layers and only wash them when you need to - water and electricity might be gone 7) Keep in touch with friends and neighbours to make sure they have all they need to stay safe 8) Don't worry, it'll properly stop soon, losing water/electricity/being snowed in is very un-likely At least you get snow - all we get is rain and sun :( - snow for Christmas can't be that bad :D - think positive

Turn down the heat and wear extra clothes, and buy canned food like veggies and raman( sorry I do not know if that is spelled right) noodles. Very cheap and a lot of varieties for both.

Tape dry cleaner's bags over all your windows. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how much warmer it will stay inside your apt/house.
