There is a great book written by the Gallup poll people called, "now discover your strengths". If you buy the book, it gives you a code to a Webb sight questionnaire which tells you your top four strengths. I gave it to the people in my organization and was amazed at how accurate it seemed to be. If you are interested in discovering your strengths, this is a great too. My greatest strength was a restorer: the desire and ability to troubleshoot and fix things.

during job training we were told to be humble. rather than say what you are good at this or that. say something along the lines of "I care too much". or "I work too hard". this can also be used when asked for your greatest weakness. it is called reverse psychology. when asked "how many hours can you work?" you reply "any hours that are available". when asked "what work experience you have?" tell them everything INCLUDING volunteer work. employers love to hear that you have previously volunteered. when asked "what do you have to offer this company / business?" you reply "with all the best attributes about yourself".
