No. I attended an office Christmas party at an expensive, "up-scale" restaurant. I had to order twice because the chicken in the first meal came out pink and obviously under-cooked.

No. I've had awful meals at expensive restaurants and great meals at cheap places. It depends on the skill of the people in the kitchen. A lot of expensive places get above themselves and forget to serve real food.

Usually, but not necessarily. Expensive restaurants are more so synonymous with a higher income patrons crowd frequenting it.
