If you have a fake ID and get away with it then yes you probably can but if you get caught with a fake ID then you are in no end of trouble so is it really worth the risk. Also stacking up the risk of going to the casino and losing dollars playing the games which you probably will do.

I have a relative that was "diagnosed" as a "sociopath", primarily because he felt the laws did not apply to him. No Parking Sign? That's for everybody else, he would park there. My relative is in jail for life, but it wasn't for parking. Are you above the rules and regulations? If so, my friend, YOU are headed for TROUBLE.

You are not allowed to be in the casino and so you can not legally win any money. If you do manage to get in and win a big jackpot they will figure you out and you will not get paid. The casino are very strict. If they allow you to gamble they are breaking the law and they can be penalized. They can loose a lot of money. That's why they are so strict about it.

Usually, you cannot cash out chips that were not legally obtained. Since you are underage, you could not have legally obtained the chips, and they could refuse to cash them, additionally, by law in most jurisdictions, chips are to remain the property of the issuing licensee, and must be surrendered upon request, and absent their obligation to cash them since they wernt obtained legally, that pretty much means they could just take your chips back. This is ONLY if they KNEW you were not 21, otherwise they would be playing a risky game where on one front they stand to gain from the value of not cashing your chips, and on the other front losing money from fines from the governing agency for not cashing chips of a patron who was of age, and possible civil action. The best action would be to cash your chips, even if they though you were underage, Most casinos will let you cash your chips if you simply Dont have your ID on you. BUt you could still be arrested and detained if probible cause exhisted for you being underage.
