I think you're asking how to convert your GS1000 from dual shocks to monoshock, if that's right it'll be quite a job! First you'll need a suitable rear swingarm (fork) that will a) fit into the frame b) give the correct wheel position (central to the bike) c) give the.correct chain line and clearance. Then the bike frame will need to be modified to provide a mounting for the shock and its linkages - this will need to be done by a VERY good TIG welder, and needs some engineering knowledge to know how to construct the mountings so that they're strong enough and won't transfer stresses that would.cause the frame to fail. Then you can think about spring rates, damper settings etc - this requires some applied maths and mechanics ( the guys at the bike companies usually have master's degrees in mechanical engineering) to get right, even then there's no guarantee due to the front and rear suspension interacting.... So: easier to sell the GS1000 and buy a bike with a monoshock!
