Seattle and Bellevue are both quite expensive. I would want about $25,000 in the bank in order to move to a new, high cost of living town with no place to live and no guaranteed job waiting. It could be 6 months before you find a job, if at all. And you might need $10,000 to move in to an apartment. (first, last, security, utility deposits, etc)

*I'm* *clothes* *cheap* *until* *anywhere* *there* *websites* Did I miss one? Seattle (including Bellevue) has a high cost of living. An 18-year-old that writes and spells like a "D" student is not going to get a job that pays a high salary. Speaking of jobs, only fools move to a new area without a job waiting especially in this economy. Find a job first, then move.
