Depends If its deep fried, then its very bad. Of its grilled, then its okay. The best thing to eat is a steamed vegetable plate with brown rice.

There are some dishes that are healthier than others...moo goo gai pan (stir-fried chicken with mushrooms and veggies) tends to be pretty healthy. Kung pao chicken is not so bad, and neither is mongolian chicken, since the chicken is usually stir-fried and not deep fried. Avoid dishes like orange chicken, lemon chicken, General Tso's chicken (or anything labelled "General" anything), sweet-and-sour chicken, among others, because in all of these dishes, although they LOOK like stir-fried chicken, the chicken is first battered and deep-fried before being added to the sauce, thus making them loaded with empty calories and very fattening. Avoid loading up on white (steamed) rice or noodles...fried rice is even worse, as it is basically just leftover white rice stir-fried in oil with soy sauce and a small handful of (usually canned or frozen) veggies.

Just like Cecesan mentioned: it's loaded with fat, sodium, sugar and MSG. And so many places use canned sauce. You should not be eating very much Chinese food.
