No, wolves in the United States today are mostly limited to Alaska, parts of New England and the northern midwest, with a few exceptions where they have been reintroduced into wildlife reserves or national parks in other parts of the country. However, there have been sightings of coyotes in the New Orleans area, and are sometimes mistaken for wolves.
