Breakfast: Cereal with milk and sugar corn flakes weetabix porridge Bacon and egg or boiled eggs with toast Lunch Sandwiches cold meat, ham or beef or an individual pork or meat and potato pie Dinner Roast meat with two vegetables and potato with mashed or roasted Pork or lamb chops with potato and veg Sausages with mashed potato and peas Liver and bacon with potato meat pie with potato All of the above would be typical British meals of the 50's and 60's
