There are some like Dramatica Pro ( don't know if it is still produced, pretty much provided a structure to write formula stuff, probably pretty useless if you have any imagination or intelligence.) You could try Writer's Café 2 for windows. I don't know if it is any good. When I looked it over it seemed to be little more than a word processor optimized for creative writers.

Although I don't have it, Scrivener seems to be the best novel writing programs, however it costs $39.99. Some others are FocusWriter, yWriter, Storybook, NewNovelist, and Evernote.

Microsoft Word. The problem isn't so much a program that you can put it in as it is you haven't learned how to write one. If you expect something where you add names, a location and a problem, and the program creates the story for you, you're out of luck. If you want to learn how to write a book, then study how to write novels. It's not easy. If it was, everyone would do it.

I would use Evernote if I were to write a book. The application makes it so easy to plan and organize everything. If you have anymore questions about using Evernote, feel free to visit my YouTube channel. My username over there is "EvernoteScott". I create videos about using Evernote effectively, and have helped a lot of people use the tool to be more productive in their lives!
