They don't exist. Try looking at your local tv stations. How many of the commercials are for businesses which exist only in Detroit? How many local television programs does Detroit produce?

The best help I can offer is that you should be talking to your parents. As a minor if you're wanting to work professionally, your parents will have to be involved. And acting and singing are two different careers - but if you're looking to work professionally in either your parents (or guardian) will have to be willing to do the work and research to understand the business end of things. There are a lot of scams and rip-offs out there, so educate yourself to protect yourself. Most commercials are not cast through open auditions - you have to be invited to audition, usually through a talent agent. And you can't just hire an agent. Legitimate agents are paid on commission - getting a percentage of what the actor makes. Since they are paid only if the actor books a professional job, they are picky about who they take on as clients. And they can be picky because there are a lot more people wanting to be actors than there are roles. Agents are looking for actors who are "marketable" and who an book professional jobs (and who have their parent's full support since as a minor you can't sign a legal contract). So here's a helpful website for you and your parents to look through to get a better understanding of how things work in the real world:
