You can still claim her for this year..and as long as she is still covered by any of your insurance benefits.

He claims married. He claims married if you have income. He claims married if you don't have income. The only situation in which he doesn't claim married is if you start being considered unmarried, because (a) you're living apart and legally separated, (b) you got divorced, or (c) one of you died. She can be a dependent as long as you provide over half her support and she doesn't make any money. There's no age limit. However, if he income gets over a certain amount (roughly $4000, but it changes from year to year), then you can only claim her if either (a) she's under 19, or (b) she's a full time student under 24, or (c) she's permanently and totally disabled.
