it depends on how small the pieces of babby are that you cut.

not long.. the cheese melts pretty fast as you microwave it first ~~ follow the directions.. then into the pot it goes... maybe 5 minutes tops... I love cheese fondues!! Since it is bread then it takes no time at all really. Chocolate is the same...mmmmmm chocolate..... mmmmmmm

How old is this baby? Have the fontanels closed yet? I believe it takes longer before they close, because the heat escapes through the fonanels and cools the brain/cheeze mix. So it takes longer, but, I'm told, a slow-cooked babby brain is far superior to a quick-broiled babby. Plus, the younger babby tissues are succulent and tender. I enjoy them with nice chianti.

One hour by conventional means and 20 minutes in the microwave. Or so I have been told...
