Sugar free candy n desserts only if u do. Sugar free lemon flavored bottled water. Exercise. Try a low carb diet such as Atkins. Drink lots of water. Eat all u want of eggs bacon meat fish chicken ham turkey etc avacados cheese n veggies. No bread no cereal no pastries no potatoes. Try to get a max of 20carbs from the allowed food I told u. Most of ur calories should be from fat, 2nd from protein, and least carbs. Ofc later once ur cravings n unwanted fat r gone u can slowly start eating other food again according to the steps on atkins website. But u must find ur max before u start getting hungry again and u will find that out during this process n this is the only way to do it cuz u r hooked. Increasing carb by 5grams of carb. Ex. 20, then 25, then 30, etc. keep doing that n if u start getting hungrier again then jump back 5grams of carb. Carbs r addicting n sugar is a carb. Carbs make u swollen and hungrier.
