Are you absolutely certain you have not lost that tooth yet? I too have great teeth, though I never went to a dentist so I could be wrong. However I did not loose my last tooth until I was about 21. I found it loose one day and I was half scared to death because I thought that I had already lost that tooth but I decided to let it out and sure enough a new one grew in. DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR THIS, I am only speaking out of my own experience with a similar issue.

Have you ate anything hard recently? Biting down on something the wrong way can knock it loose for a short duration until the gums toughen up around it again. Do you think it's possible that you could have periodontal disease? If you didn't have your gingivitis professionally treated, it's possible that it could've progressed to the above disease. You could also have a cavity under the gum line that is not visible to you. I'd give it about a week and if it is still loose, you should see your dentist to rule out anything serious.
