Here are some things you can do: Find a wall and stand a few inches in front of it, facing away from it. Place you hands behind you on the wall and climb down the wall until you reach a back bend. Try not to push your hips out too much. Also try to get you feet and hands as close as you can in your back bend. Kneel with you knees apart. Take your hands and grab your ankles and arch your back as much as you can. If you have your scorpion try and move your hands down you leg and try to get a needle, this not only stretches you back but your legs. You can never stretch too much :) well at least in my opinion. Go into you left or right splits. Hold your arms over you and then reach back and try to wrap your hands around your back leg. Keep moving up your leg until you are as far as you can go.
