Be very careful what you use on your lens. Lens are coated to prevent various optical effects from ruining your pictures (sun glare etc). If you take the coating off, your picvtures will be worse, and it may be difficult to sell your camera later when you want to upgrade. There are special lens cleaner liquids and special lens cleaner soft papers - not expensive and they do not damage your lens.

Those spots are not on the lens but on the mirror (sensor) located behind the lens. (when u remove the lens to change it) DO NOT ever touch it or expose to direct sunlight. Use any special liquid or soft cloth to get rid of them. I have a Sony NEX 3 and it was a common complaint for me until I figured out how to use it properly

Bring them to the service center and let them handle it. Sony service is tops from where I am.
