just change your mindset, when you feel angry distract yourself or just walk away where you;re alone, or if you're about to smerk turn it into a cough or sneeze, then the smerk will become less of a habit. if you feel like crying... there is really no other way to stop. i have a hard time trying to stop myself from crying. and to keep a strait face just stare at their nose or try to think of something sad or a something you sympathize with. But if any situation is hard for you just walk away from it if you can, avoid people, pretend you need to use the restroom and calm down.

I feel the same about somthings u have said all I can say is that just be urself by u pretending to be somethin ur not is not the life to live remember mind over matter who doesn't like the way u are tell them were to go and stick it lool
