i am very sorry i missed you before well focus on keeping a straight face. you also need to make sure you keep your speech almost the same speed. the rest should follow. if you have trouble keeping a straight face, display a different emotion. make sure you look people in the eye.

stay calm and try to meditate for 10 minutes is the best for anger controlling.try talking to people looking into their eyes.just smile always and it will have a bright and a positive impression on you for everyone around know, meditating gets u to be calmer and that's what you need is what i think.try that and don't try to express all your feelings with only with the comfortable ones. hope you are alright. everything will be okay.its just a bad day not a bad life! :) i am sorry i missed your question last time though...
