Acne is a part of teen -age. What you can do is, wear the makeup but always cleanse your face with a cleanser before bed. Change your pillow cases often.

Make sure you treat the acne, clean it, I really oppose to it, cause you put makeup on skin for school, get home, do your stuff, it's time to go to bed and you got to wash all that product off and it's in ya pores, regardless of what it says, it going to get in your pores and you have acne problems so I say no...but put on little bit of eyeliner and it can go a long way..but get your skin healthy and then you're wouldn't need I had acne problems so I know...

Before trying to cover it, try to treat it. Wearing the makeup will just perpetuate the problem. Plus, getting acne is just part of being a teen. I used to have really bad acne, but once I started treating it, it got much better. Make sure you cleanse your face every day, at least once or twice a day. If you're unsure of what to use, speak to a dermatologist, and they will be able to help you figure out what products are right for your skin and your needs. I hope this helped! Good luck! :)

I started wearing makeup when I was 12. Not a full face, but like eyeliner. Then when I was 14 is when I started wearing foundation, eyeliner, mascara. Because I also wanted to cover up my acne. Girl, if covering up those scars with makeup will make you feel confident, GO FOR IT. Just dont cake your face up!

She is right,.. acne is a part of teenage life.. Before using make up, you might need to treat your acne first.. so I would suggest that you buy some Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid which you can use whenever acne gets worse. Then you can use light make up to cover your blemishes. Be careful in choosing your cosmetics, as some products may be too harsh on your skin, especially you're too young.

Yeah! Try it out! As long as you're not caking up your face because that doesn't look very nice in my opinion! Try it our a couple days and see where it takes you! Good luck!
