I suppose Tae Kwon DO is better when it comes to building up your muscles but both will do well when it comes to endurance.

I did taekwondo in middle school and most of my flexibility came from doing it. I was 4 months from having my black belt when I tore ligaments in my ankle and quit---one of the very few things I regret, I never should have quit until I had it. I started ballet 4 years ago at 33 and I love it. Ballet will tone your muscles and you will build endurance but it's not really an aerobic exercise. Both will help you meet your goals, it's more a matter of personal preference at this point.

Ballet for sure. Both will have a big result but ballet would be more efficient and you'll become flexible and stuff and it'll make you more capable of more things. Especially if you aren't in high school yet, it can most likely get you into dance force or cheer leading, even Colorguard or winter guard
