No Gym until 18. You should go for running. Gym will stop your height growth.

A good way to exercise is by taking a brisk walk for about 1/2 hr every day. I don't know about working out with weights. You should never lift more than you can handle. And you never go beyond the point of fatigue or you could hurt yourself. Ask a professional about the best and safest way for you to work out for your age. I would suggest not using the bodybuilder things at home before checking with a professional.

pull ups, dips, squats, lunges...get a weight set...go to a gym and read as many books about strength training and weightlifting as you can. Ask your brother!!
