I have the same fear. I lost around 70lbs this year; but I still want to loose more. When I eat unhealthy I get so angry with my self... I feel good, and I look good, now I want to loose a little more and get ripped and toned get that PERFECT body. But first I want to get as skinny as possible. Make sure you exercise often! I exercise allot so if I eat something bad its not as harmful to me. Just eat healthy, for example I'm going to have oatmeal for breakfast, steamed veggies later. And just fruits & vegetables.

Maybe stop starving yourself, and you'll stop binging there genius. Some of us have actual eating disorders.

No, don't purge or starve. Drink water & get some extra exercise; And get more lean protein & veggies on your plate. Why do you have to wait to eat healthy? Eat healthy now, on Christmas loosen up a little, then eat healthy after Christmas, and loosen up again on new Years.

No starving yourself fir the rest of the day won't make a difference so don't bother, the damage is done! Get green tea, or jasmine tea (sweeter) and drink loads of it over the next few days, it will help flush out all the bad stuff, make sure your drinking enough water and maybe go for a run for a few days! Your not going to make much of a difference but it's definitely better than binging!
