Arabic. 1/4 of Spanish words come from Arabic, plus, knowing multiple languages is great for your brain and for cultural reasons. I'm actually really jealous of you right now, haha

If you already speak four languages fluently then you could learn another one if that's what you want to do. Are you really FLUENT in all of these languages though? It's better to master two languages than to speak four mediocrely. If you do want to learn another one and you think you've mastered the English, Spanish and Italian, I would suggest German. It's pretty easy for an English speaker (depending on how natural language acquisition comes). I've studied German in college and I've found it to be easy. If you want more of a challenge, you could take Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, or Farsi. These are very difficult languages to learn, but the upside is that they are languages that are highly in demand. If you're going into business or the oil/gas industry, you'd do very well to learn one of these languages. Or if you want to work for an intelligence agency.
