Do you starve yourself? Are you malnourished? Are you always hungry (because you don't eat enough, not hormones)? If you anwered yes to any of these, you should gain weight. But if you are happy, healthy, and don't go hungry, don't try to gain weight. If this is perfectly natural for you, stay the same. AND, you're wrong. If you were an adult, your weight might be low, because women are more developed than children so a 5'5" woman should weigh more than a 5'5" teen. Kids and teens go by a percentile calculator, and you're pretty normal. 73rd weight percentile, 87th height percentile. HEALTHY!
