If it makes you uncomfortable, mention it and talk it out. I feel bad for both of you - she (Spanish teacher) wants to protect you, maybe over protect you I imagine. A natural response.

Just let it go. So she spends more time with you, that is nice. So she is sympathetic to your family situation, that is not so bad anyway. Let it go and let it flow. Both your teacher and you may be the winners in your relationship together. Good luck.

Your teacher most likely is scared,she might have to tell someone so she is not responsible for anything. I wouldn't say anything cause I would feel awkward but you should talk about it.

You should talk to your teacher, not confront her. Stuff has leaked to her, you might as well give your side of the story.
