It would be best that you and whoever you live with use the same console, saves a lot of money and arguing.

Yes, I would recommend it. If he lets you play it 24/7, then maybe not. But if you are playing games like Call of Duty and Battlefield and other online games, it would be cheaper to buy it for playstation3 than to pay for xbox live on your flatmate's xbox, since playstation online is free. Also the experience is different on both of the consoles, and you get different and extra missions on each of the consoles. Hope this helped mate

It depends If the person you live with is always there and you can play it whenever you whant then no But if the person who is never there and takes his console most of the time or he/she never lets you play the yes Hope it helps and if it did can I have some points because I ask alot of questions
