Unless the degree of inflexibility is dangerous, yes, you should still press. :) You should press to the point of muscle exhaustion and then move on to the next group.

Hi Steven, First, @Emraan, this routine isn't completely wrong, I see this kind of workout schemes a lot. But, there are workout schemes that are better than this one indeed :) @Steven you can go and bench! When you're doing bench presses you don't use your triceps. You primarily use your triceps, front delts and chest. Good luck benching! Cheers. Jimmy
