No,but you should eat it in moderation.You can eat it daily if the amounts are not big.Cheese is a great source of calcium,but it is also rich in fats.

Personally, I think that it is wise to limit dairy to 1 or 2 servings per day maximum, and only the healthiest, cultured, organic forms of it - such as organic plain cultured yogurt and such. I stick to 1 serving per day myself.

Notice any other animals who take babies away from other species and consume their infants' milk? Adult animals, even?
