Of course. Even child molesters, provided the kids agree and WANT to, and theres someone watching. Im a Red, and people say WE wanna meddle in peoples lives too much? The implied mentality of "we know better than you and should control your life" in this question frightens me to my very core.

Most children are left behind bars too.....i.e Child locks, yet they get to meet their father whenever they like. Should men in general not have equal rights? I rest my case..

That would depend on the crime. If the crime did not involve violence or any type of harm to children, yes. How about if a mom is a criminal? Should she be allowed access? Fair is fair.
