Shops will not normally include a warranty for the repair if you bought the parts yourself. When a serpentine belt is replaced, the tensioner and the idler pulleys are also replaced at the same time so you have to figure that out in the repair. Low estimate $200, high $400.

Labor should be an hour or so so around $60-$90 depend on where you're at. If I was in your shoe, I would wait until your "Tattoo" heal and change the belt, buy a can of "Belt dressing" and spray on the belt to temporarily silence the squealing sound. They'll take the belt from you with no question. We did it so many time before. I've used this site for all estimation of car repair before showing up at a shop.

transverse motors are usualy a little harder to work with when changing a belt. there isnt much room to work with. but i dont remember changing a belt that took 3 hours. 2 at the most. But i took the tire off and went in through the fender well. saved a little time. 120 bucks though.
