there might be a fuse automotive type not on the board. I had the same issue with a carrier recently ie replaced flame sensor and it cycled (I did not replace board) and that was the issue most systems have a code led blinky system check that and see what it calls for I would find a a good tech in your area and have him check the system to make sure the parts you are swapping out are correct I brought my tech out to fix mine after the clearly faulty flame sensor did not work (old ceramic ignitor sensor that was broken in peices) and this should be in maintenance and repairs
