Yup, the measurements should be on the container your liquid egg whites came in but if not, 1 egg white should be about 3 tbsp.

Yes, you can use the liquid. Look on the side of the carton or Google your specific brand of liquid egg whites for the conversion. Usually if you look on the side of the packaging your liquid egg whites are in it'll say something like "One cup = 1 egg" (though I think it's more than a cup). Good luck!
