The chances are you won't get published for many years, if at all. Writing is a skill you get better at with practice and with the correct guidance. It's even harder if you're not a natural. And judging by your question you don't know what proofreading or editing it. Your Grammar is bad and it's full of spelling mistakes. expernmienced - that is not in the dictionary..writen - written. Ignoring grammar and spelling and then saying "I want to publish" is stupid. It's like someone writing to sell you a car but saying "I have no engine. But look at the beautiful leather seats". Sorry, but I'm not helping you. It's a joke.

I like writing short stories, and I've written quite a few. A novel is different. For a short story I can work at perfecting it within a month or two. I've been working on my novel for three years (four, if you count the time I read a bunch of books on how to write novels.) So the one thing I knew going in was the story had to be something I liked enough to work on it for five to seven years without getting bored with it. That's the kind of plot you need. As for coming up with new ideas, I do that all the time, but I have to keep the story arc as my focal point or I can wander off into the distance, never to return. To quote an old line, "If it does not fit, acquit." If it doesn't fit into the story arc, drop it.

What you describe is a person who wants to be a writer or who thinks they are a writer but comes up with all sorts of emotional drama to prevent themselves from actually writing anything. Ideas are not writing. Coming up with an idea and then sitting down and making yourself tune out all the static and writing actual words is what makes a person with ideas for a book a writer. A person with ideas for a book who can't or won't do that probably describes three-quarters of the people you know.
