Personally I found routine helped a lot with my eating disorder recovery - set times every day when you'll eat, like normal meal times, and work up to eating 3 meals and 2 snacks every day. Try to eat fairly healthy foods, and get enough of a balance of every nutrient, and drink enough water, then you won't get the urge to binge so purging will hopefully stop being so much of a problem. If you feel like purging you could try going for a short walk? :)

What you describe is clearly an eating disorder, including the denial. Please see your doctor. Your doctor will help you. You don't have to tell your family the real reason that you want to see your doctor.
