I get a discount for low mileage. I have a 2003 with only 65,000 miles on it. As a rule, they look at where you work, and if under 10 miles, then charge lower, but if over 20 miles, then charge more. I only work 1 mile from my employer, so charged less. If, you don't work, then would be assumed not driving daily also.

Yes, HereIAm, most all major insurance providers offer a small discount for their policy holders who do minimal driving. If you drive less than 3k miles a year you may qualify. The insurer does not charge you by the mile but will give you the discount as long as you stay under the maximum. All you have to do is periodically report your odometer reading. Hopefully your insurance provider offers such, ask them.
