Keep it warm and don't feed it milk. Mash up some veggies so it is mush and feed it to it through an eye dropper. Also wash you hands so you don't get it sick. Have someone else call the pet hospital for you. It depends on which place it is but some places come to you!

Put it in a cardboard box lined with thick fleece blankets, and gently wrap a blanket around it. If it will accept it, feed it some VERY small shreds of chicken (cooked). Thats about all you can do. Lets just hope it makes it until tomorrow. :'(

It may have flown into a window. I hold them and sometimes they will come around. If hurt too bad, they will die. But I have had lots and lots that I have saved.

Keep it warm like really warm. Baby birds have to eat often. I worked with a wild life rescuer a few years back and she feed a baby bird soggy cherrios and apple sauce. This will give it something to keep it going at least. Here is a website meant just for you as well http://www.starlingtalk.com/emergencycare.htm

I agree with Lillie but DO NOT feed it milk! Birds aren't supposed to drink milk.
