If you work, and payroll with holdings are taken from your salary, you must file a tax return by law..

no, you can file your own return even if they claim you. there is a box to check on the tax form if you are being claimed by someone else.

if u work and earn over 6K u must file taxes. visit a library for the books on it. parents claiming u will not mess with them as u live under their roof. check IRS.gov for info

Not if you file correctly. You mark the box that you can be claimed as a dependent.
