the truth but that is also the matter of someones perspective how they see it which may not be my truth but i hate lies and people that seem to enjoy tell others certain lies to keep them from having any human rights or dignity whatsoever and to judge not thing perhaps they are not judging correctly

I would tell the truth since lie doesn't always work and telling a lie may cause more hurt if people eventually find out which is likely to happen since you can never hide forever. People usually tell lies to get away from trouble or make things sound better. Although truth is make things clearer, it is still necessary for us to tell white lies in order to make situation or things better and smoother but again it depends since white lies doesn't always works again. So, it would always be better to tell the truth but again it depends... Edited: There are different types of truth and lies which suit different purposes. Some lies are for the good and some are for the bad, and vice versa for the truth. It is necessary to judge and know when lie and truth is necessary as they both are necessary. However, there is a saying that "honesty is the best policy" so it is best that you tell the truth other than to make things better or to avoid hurting people's feeling, that again comes in judgement. If asked if I rather tell the truth or the lie, I would tell the truth because it is the best way to make things better and clearer however in some case which telling the truth doesn't work I would tell a good lie so it does not make things worst, however, if in other case it is still better to be honest...

It really depends on the situation, if it's something small like "does the colour of this dress look good on me" well then I'd probably lie, If it was something much bigger I'd probably tell the truth. In all honesty I tend to avoid situations where I need to lie. I've never needed to tell a big lie because I just don't put myself into those situations. As for choosing to tell a small lie I would because sometimes lies are necessary and being to honest can hurt more. I'd rather someone tell me a small lie to protect my feelings because I know someone who tells the truth almost all the time and it isn't fun. I once bought a Christmas present for this person, I'd spent time and money on it-it was (what I thought was) a cute t-shirt. When she opened she looked at me & told me that she didn't really like it & probably wouldn't ever wear it....that's really a situation where you should just smile and say thank you :)

I would feel better telling the truth, just as much as I would hearing it. The truth can be handled, in whatever way it is. The lie cannot be handled, because it isn't a fact..meaningless. No purpose, and it's foundation is as bad, as the person that built it. It doesn't hold water.
