try to start off with something small like soup, if you cant eat that then protein shakes can help, taking vitamins will help too so your body is still getting what it needs, hope u feel better soon

Start listening good music, music that make you happy and improve your mood. Watch laughter shows. Then start eating chocolates and other delicious food.
